Tbaazi Terms & Conditions

1 General Overview

Tbaazi is a licensed online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tbaazi website and mobile application.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the tbaazi platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

• Your account may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
• tbaazi may request additional documents for verification at any time.

After registration, tbaazi may ask you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Certain services may be restricted until this process is done.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• tbaazi may request a national ID or passport at any time to verify your age.
• Any account found to have provided a false age will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
• tbaazi cannot be used from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Tbaazi supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum deposit limit is set by tbaazi.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• tbaazi reserves the right to request additional verification for any unusual transactions.
• Deposits made from someone else's mobile banking account may result in the transaction being cancelled.

Tbaazi does not charge any transaction fees. However, charges from your mobile banking operator may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Tbaazi regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the offer's details page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• All bonuses come with wagering requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses generally cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.
• tbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on tbaazi and cover all categories — Sports Betting, casino, and lottery.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• tbaazi will not be held responsible if a bet is voided due to internet connectivity issues.
• The odds provided by tbaazi's odds provider are final. No appeals regarding odds changes will be accepted.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• tbaazi reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbaazi platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Registering or completing verification using false information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using someone else's account or payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack tbaazi's systems or carry out any form of technical manipulation.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Tbaazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If false or incorrect information is found during the verification process.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Upon direction from legal authorities.

If your account is closed, you may still request a withdrawal, though funds may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• You can set your own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits at any time.
